Additionally, App-based companies use independent contractors, which means not only have they not personally met their staff, the company by law, cannot train them. At PAWsome Companions each sitter must pass a phone interview & two in-person interviews, a reference and a background check before they’re hired. Additionally, they must complete a rigorous two week training program and earn their Red Cross Pet First Aid certification. Continued pet education for our Team is part of our approach to providing superior care. Hobbyists are rarely insured. PAWsome Companions is fully insured, bonded, certified and accredited by the BBB.

Hourly Pet Sitting

Looking for a pet sitter to keep your dog company while you're away for a few hours? We've got you sorted! Our caring team is committed to creating a secure and affectionate space for your furry companions. With attentive care and individualized focus, we ensure that your dog's welfare and joy are our main concerns. Our flexible hourly choices allow you to select the adventure length that best fits your dog's requirements and your timetable! We offer hourly pet sitting starting for a minimum of 1-hour, and a maximum of 3-hours at a rate of $18.00/hour. Anything over 3-hours then becomes a doggy daycare service which is charged by the half day (4-hours) and a full day (8-hours). Our pet sitting hours are very flexible, and the same as our normal business hours which operate 5 AM to 11 PM daily.

Please be advised that for all overnight options, you have the flexibility to specify your preferred arrival time for your overnight sitter. We do not impose any restrictions on arrival times, as long as they fall within our standard business hours of 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. The prices above are for up to 3 dogs, after that a $10.00 additional charge per dog applies. However, arrival windows will still be applicable. Unlike many other pet care establishments that do not offer 24-hour stays, we at PAWsome Companions do not limit our arrival times to the evening for "almost overnight" services. Instead, we accommodate a wider range of arrival and departure times to better meet the needs of our clients.

For example:

You have made a request for a 24-hour overnight stay with one of our sitters. Your flight departure is scheduled for 12:00pm, necessitating the presence of our sitter at 8:00am. The arrival of your sitter will be arranged within the designated timeframe window of 8:00am to 10:00am. Kindly take our timeframe windows into account when confirming the arrival time for your sitter at your residence.

Basic

Our 'Basic' care is the perfect solution for our cherished furry companions who have the luxury of a doggie door or do not require a midday stroll. This service lasts for 10 hours, typically starting in the early evening and ending early the next morning, or at a time of your choice. It is an excellent choice if your pets benefit from having a comforting presence throughout the night to ward off any sense of isolation. Or if your pets need to be supervised because of destructive behaviors. This option provides continuous care, ensuring that your dog receives the dedicated care and company they need.

The 'Golden' overnight care is the ultimate selection for pet owners, offering exceptional premium service. Tailored for dogs needing constant companionship, this 24-hour overnight stay is ideal for pets accustomed to human presence or dealing with separation anxiety. Opting for this service means we will be at your home throughout the entire stay, ensuring your furry friend is never left alone.

• Feedings
• Refreshing their water
• 3 walks - AM, midday, PM and potty breaks throughout the day
• Free trip to dog park or a complimentary bath
