Drop-In's/In-Home Visits

A pet sitting drop-in visit is when a pet caregiver visits your home to check in on your pet for a set amount of time, usually multiple times a day while you are away from your home for a day or two or an extended period of time. Drop-in visits can be scheduled, booked on demand, or booked on a recurring basis. The length of the visit and what the sitter is expected to do will be discussed with the client before the visit. Drop-in visits start at 10 minutes and can last up to 60 minutes. Within that timeframe, various tasks can be done such as a quick potty break, feedings, water changes, medication administration, companionship, light grooming, a short dog walk, litter box cleaning, etc.

Hourly Pet Sitting

Hourly pet sitting is generally a private service where a pet sitter takes care of a puppy, dog that needs supervision, or a dog with severe separation anxiety or other ailments while the owner is away and unable to leave the pet alone. The pet sitter typically comes to the owner's home or allows the owner to drop off the pet at their home for a short period of time while the owner is out running errands or needs to be away for a few hours. Hourly pet sitting usually lasts for a maximum of three hours, providing the pet parent with peace of mind that their dog is being cared for until they return.

Overnight Sitting:

Overnight pet sitting is a service that provides a secure and reliable environment in the comfort of your own home, with a pet sitter staying in the home while the owners are away. It typically lasts anywhere from 12-24 hours and ensures pets can follow their regular routines while staying in their home. These services generally become more expensive the longer the sitter stays, as this is considered full-time live in care. The pet sitter usually maintains care of both the pets and the home while the owner is away by bringing in mail, watering plants, taking out trash, retrieving packages, etc.

Boarding

Pet boarding is a service where the pet is taken to another person's home or facility to be cared for. There are usually other dogs present. Pet boarding usually includes feeding, exercise, and companionship. Pet boarding facilities may offer a variety of accommodations, such as individual or group areas, small enclosures, or luxury suites. This service can be cheaper than overnight sitting; however, more stress is put on the pet because they are taken out of their environment and put into an environment unfamiliar to them.

Dog Daycare

Dog daycare is a short-term boarding service that allows owners to leave their dogs during the day while they are at work or away from home. This is generally at a pet sitters private home or a local facility. Dog daycare facilities are usually designed specifically for dogs and have large areas for them to play both indoor and outdoors. Daycare staff are responsible for the dogs' care throughout the day and physical exercise. Dog daycares generally offer half-days (4-5 hours) and full-days (8-10 hours) with some even providing package options for dogs who attend frequently. Dog daycares have set hours usually from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Dog Walks

The average dog walk typically ranges from 15 minutes to an hour in duration, offering a great opportunity for dogs to get some exercise and fresh air. Pet parents can choose to have their furry friend walked individually or in a group with other dogs, depending on their preferences or the policies of the pet care provider. These walks often take place in familiar surroundings such as the neighborhood or other nearby urban or rural areas, providing dogs with a chance to explore and socialize with their surroundings.

Adventure Hikes

Adventure hikes are a fantastic way to keep your furry friend active and engaged in the great outdoors. These hikes are not just your typical walk in the park - they often include a variety of activities such as trail walking, swimming in nearby streams or lakes, and even field runs for those high-energy pups. The length of these hikes can vary, typically ranging anywhere from 1 to 4 miles, with plenty of breaks along the way to ensure your dog stays hydrated and rested.

Pack Walks & Hikes

A dog pack hike is a fun and exciting activity that involves a large group of dogs, typically consisting of more than four furry companions, embarking on a leisurely stroll together in various outdoor environments. This communal walk provides an excellent opportunity for the dogs to interact, socialize, and build bonds with one another while also honing their obedience skills. The primary objective of a dog pack hike is to encourage the dogs to walk harmoniously as a cohesive unit, all while attentively following the guidance and commands of their owner or designated leader. This structured walk helps to reinforce good behavior, promote positive socialization, and strengthen the bond between the dogs and their human companions.

Pet Taxi

A pet taxi is a transportation service that takes pets to and from a single destination such as a veterinary appointment, the groomer, doggy daycare etc.,&..o. Pet taxis can be a good option for pet owners who don't have a car or don't want to stress their pet by driving them themselves. Pet taxi drivers are usually understand how to handle different types of pets with care and safety. They also have the right vehicles and equipment to keep pets secure during the ride. 

Enrichment Visits & Daily Activities 

Enrichment visits for dogs are personalized sessions that provide mental and physical stimulation for dogs. The goal is to engage a dog's senses and instincts through interactive toys, puzzles, and games. They are personalized 30-min or 45-min visits with interactive toys, puzzles, and games that engage your dog’s senses and instincts. A quick potty break can also be incorporated into this visit, but remember, the main objective of these visits is mental stimulation.
