I'm so excited to have found Amber, Doug and their small team of Sitters. I have such a peace of mind knowing that Amber can come spend time with my dog Remy while I'm working. He loves his walks, and I feel so comfortable with her. She has great communication and provides lots of pictures and videos of their time together. I highly recommend her for your furbaby's needs. Amber has been sitting for our pets for over a year and Douglas has been doing our walks about 6 months. We have a very active golden retriever and two very busy Maine Coon cats. Before meeting Amber, we were reluctant to leave them with anyone for any length of time. Amber has been a godsend. She is professional, punctual, and extremely responsible in every way. We have had some very challenging times with one of our Maine Coon cats. At times, it was necessary for him to take numerous medications and Amber was able to handle it all effortlessly. My pets look forward to her visits and have grown very attached to her. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone needing pet sitting. She is a rare individual who can handle any and all challenging situations. Your pets are indeed, in excellent care! As for Doug, he handles our crazy retriever with such ease and the two have grown very fond of one another. They are a great super team and I recommend them to everyone!

I can’t say better things about Amber or Doug. I use them for all of my pet sitting needs and every time I come home I am always even more impressed and happy with how they provide services. I can’t tell you how relieving it is too not only come home to happy pets, but coming home to a clean and tidy home. These two pay more Attention to detail than any other pet sitter I have ever had. I’m talking in detail down to restocking my food supply for my animals to cleaning the areas all around their toys or stuff that they have lying around. I’m coming home to a clean her home then when I left. They literally take care of your house and your pets and have a goal of you coming home and having to do as little as necessary because they want to make sure that everything is done for you and you can come home And not have to worry about cleaning or taking out the trash or getting your pets ready for the next day. I have been using them for almost a year and they are terrific every single time and I recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs any sort of pet sitting or dog walking. I was recommended to Pawsome Companions by my babysitter and I am So Soooooo happy I am working with them! I just booked them again for the Memorial holiday. I have never used services like this before and was very pleased with the professionalism, communication, level of detail and commitment they give my girl Stella 🐾. Amber and Doug are truly THE BEST! Stella absolutely LOVES Doug! They feel like family at this point, and we have only been with them for two months. Was in town for a hockey game & wanted to find a “Sit & Stay” Pet Sitting service to stay with our border collie in our hotel room for a few hours. Wasn’t even sure that was a thing, but received a recommendation for Amber at Pawsome Companions. She immediately knew what we needed, was very accommodating & flexible as our plans kept changing, and was so attentive to our pup! Spoiled him rotten playing with him & we’ve never seen him look so content & happy! Amber is such a sweetheart, we only wished she lived in our hometown because she’d be our first choice for all our pet sitting!

My little Lola adores her walks, she gets so excited when in tell her she is off to the trails with Doug! It’s her favourite place to run about and sniff everything! It’s lovely that she gets to go out with other dogs too if I ask him. The GPS trackers give me peace of mind to know that Doug always knows where she is. And I have peace of mind and excitement getting to see the routes and trails he takes her on. He regularly take photos and video snippets and some of the action shots are fantastic! Thank you Doug!!

Would not leave my babies with anyone other than Amber and Doug. They took amazing care of them and of our home . We enjoyed our vacation knowing they were taking care of our babies. I recommend them 100% for how trustworthy they are, how loving they are and not to mention their reliability. We don’t entrust anyone else with our babies besides Pawsome.

Doug & Amber did an exceptional job. I couldn’t have asked for more. Considering the fact that the dogs had the run of the house for almost three weeks, it looked very neat and tidy when I got home. Jackson and McCullough were thrilled to have me back – especially McCullough. Jackson has gotten to be an “old hand” at the “Mom is away” thing… I can’t think of anything else Doug and Amber could have done to make things go any better. I especially appreciated the text messages they sent me on a regular basis giving me updates along with the updates in the app. That really eased my mind. Thanks for the professional and compassionate service.

If you’re in need of someone to walk or take care of your furry friend(s) anytime I have your solution! Not only did they make Margot and Nova’s day by providing food, fun playtime, and cuddle time, they also sent pictures and a video so I could see them having fun. Amber is organized, prompt, professional and most importantly amazing with animals. I highly recommend her! Doug as their walker is fantastic. They have been taking great care of Nova & Margot for almost a year. Affordable, dependable and just all around great care. As we told Doug and Amber, they did an amazing job! We cannot imagine anyone taking better care of our pets. The next time we go on vacation we will not hesitate to call them and request Doug or Amber specifically. Our house was left in better condition than we left it and our pets were very happy. Amber is just the best! Literally the only person I trust with my dogs and in my home in North Hollywood. She’s taken great care of our dogs Tipp & Tula for over a year now. She understands Tula has hip issues and is still able to achieve wearing her out without hurting her on her walks. We have also hired her for pet sitting when I’ve been out of town on numerous occasions. I’ve been able to trust her in my home and know that my dogs are happy, fed and safe. Long story short Amber is trustworthy, energetic, dependable and all around a really nice and responsible person. The best dog sitter and dog walker there is! Her partner Doug does all our hiking for our dogs and he is just as genuine and kind. So patient with them and they both make a spectacular and very special team!!

I loved having Amber watch our hounds and house. We came home to a cleaner house than when we left! We were very pleased with our experience, as were our two greyhounds ( they told us so). Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We appreciated receiving text message updates each day. It was far more comfortable for our dogs to remain at home rather than being boarded off site. It also was very nice to arrive home and have our dogs waiting as opposed to having to arrange to go pick them up somewhere. As a bonus, our mail and newspapers were collected and brought in and our outside lights were left on at night! We will certainly plan to use Pawsome Companions again in the future. Excellent service! We needed last minute pet care for a relative's dogs and they were responsive, professional and caring. Doug is a gem! Don't hesitate to hire them! Amber took great care of my cat, Mister. They sent pictures and updates everyday. I felt very comfortable leaving for a few days knowing they were visiting regularly. They are great people, good attention to detail, and the check ins while we were gone were reassuring. I will definitely use their service again. Not to mention they don’t charge service fees for practically anything which I think is very admirable in a world full of selfish people. Thank you again!!!

You guys are absolutely great. I found you last minute when I was researching a pet sitter, and I was very skeptical at first and unsure, but your guides that you have on your website were really helpful and it definitely pushed me towards making a decision to go with you guys. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to come out and take care of my Rambo for the week that you did Incoming the 3 to 4 times a day that you did. I am definitely excited and happy that I have now found a new permanent solution to the problem that I was having before, which was leaving him alone, and never leaving my house because I was afraid there would be no one to take care of him. after seeing all your pictures and updates on him every day, it really gave me peace of mind and warmed my heart.
