This information assists us in determining whether we can accommodate your request; however, we must ensure that the proposed date and time align with our schedules. We will contact you to confirm a date and time, but please be aware that it may differ from your initial preferred submission.

We are grateful for the opportunity to care for your beloved pets! Please complete the new client form prior to our upcoming meet & greet. This will simplify the process and allow us more time to acquaint ourselves with you as a pet parent and bond with your pets.

• Payments & Booking Services: To secure your requested services, a 50% deposit is required. The initial 50% payment should be made 48 hours before your departure, with the remaining 50% to be settled on the first day of service or upon your return according to our agreement. Please avoid sending payments via invoices.
• Your 50% deposit can be completed at the meet & greet or thereafter. It is important to note that your pet care services will not be confirmed and visits will not take place until your deposit is received. 
• At the meet & greet, payments can be made through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Cash App, Apple Pay, in cash, or via check. Electronic payment methods are required for payments made after the meet & greet. Our preferred payment option is Zelle.
