New Client Form

Kindly complete the new client form provided below. This form applies to both pet sitting and dog walking services. Upon form submission, we will receive an email notification and proceed to input your details into our Walkies app within 1-2 hours. Additionally, we will get in touch with you to address any queries or to confirm your meet & greet request date.

This information assists us in determining whether we can accommodate your request; however, we must ensure that the proposed date and time align with our schedules. We will contact you to confirm a date and time, but please be aware that it may differ from your initial preferred submission.

Payments & Booking Services: To secure your requested services, a 50% deposit is required. The initial 50% payment should be made 48 hours before your departure, with the remaining 50% to be settled on the first day of service or upon your return according to our agreement. Please avoid sending payments via invoices.
Your 50% deposit can be completed at the meet & greet or thereafter. It is important to note that your pet care services will not be confirmed and visits will not take place until your deposit is received.
