  • Request service, request cancellations, or update existing service requests
  • Receive automatic email confirmations
  • Review your schedule page for status of any visit
  • Update all information in your client profile
  • Maintain and update a pet profile for each pet, along with pictures
  • Receive pet care journals, which include a rundown of visits, including GPS time-stamped notes and photos from your sitter
  • Directly communicate with your sitter through our internal messaging system
  • Update credit card information
  • Review and pay invoices
  • Recieve pet sitting and dog walking notifications such as when your sitter is on their way, when your visits start or end, and more.

In addition, our team can access client and pet profiles via mobile device and communicate directly with clients via pet notes, journals, and messages.

  2. Update your profile information and information on your pets.
  3. Acknowledge and virtually sign our pet care agreements.
  4. After you choose us as your pet care provider, book your services through the app!
