How to Book Services
Step by Step
If you've already spoken with a member of our team over the phone, please complete our new client registration form. This will help us finalize plans for your upcoming meeting with us. For those who haven't had this initial discussion yet, please fill out our contact form on our 'Contact' page to schedule a intake phone screening.
After you submit your client form, we will promptly receive a confirmation via email. Your information and pet details will then be added to our Walkies app for easy scheduling of a face-to-face introduction meet and greet. Once we've successfully met, we'll set up and finalize any appointments for the pet services you need. You will also be given a link for access to our Walkies app, where you will download your Walkies Journal and can manage your services, schedule appointments, view you & your pets profile, check invoices, and request any necessary service adjustments.
