New Clients
Please complete the new client form below to get started with our pet sitting or dog walking services. Once submitted, we’ll be notified via email and will add your details to our Walkies app within 2–4 hours. Afterward, we’ll reach out to answer any questions you may have or to confirm the date of your meet & greet request.
If you don’t hear back from us within 2 hours, please text or call us at (805) 206-0349 to confirm we’ve received your form.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are excited to arrange a meet & greet with you! However, we cannot guarantee your requested date and time. Providing us with your desired date and time will assist us in determining our availability. Please note that we will need to double-check our schedule before confirming your request. We will reach out within 2-4 hours of your submission to coordinate your meet and greet, although please be aware that the proposed date and time could potentially change.
Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your requested services. This deposit must be paid at least 72 hours before your departure. The remaining 50% is due either on the first day of service or upon your return, as agreed.
- You may complete the 50% deposit during the meet-and-greet or afterward. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed, and services will not proceed until the deposit is received
