In the event that you find yourself in need of last-minute transportation services, we are committed to accommodating your urgent requests as best we can. We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be flexible and responsive to your needs. However, for transportation requests exceeding 40 miles, we kindly ask for at least 72-hours' notice to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements. The further your destination, the more advance notice we would appreciate to guarantee a smooth and efficient process.

PLEASE NOTE! In the event we need to rush your pet to the veterinary clinic or emergency, rest assured there will be no charges incurred. Unlike many other services, we do not charge for this critical assistance. Our dedicated PAWsome Companion team will remain by your side and your pet's side throughout the entire process, offering support during this challenging period.

Our pet transportation vehicles are equipped with secure carriers and seat leashes to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for your furry friends. Our drivers undergo training in pet handling, CPR, and first aid to guarantee the well-being of the pets in their care. Whether it's a visit to the vet, groomer, airport, or a playdate, our pet transportation service promises a top-notch experience for your pets.

Additionally, if you need us to pick up pet supplies on your behalf, we offer this service without any hassle. For a supply delivery, we charge a flat rate of $35.00 total (excluding the cost of supplies) since we assume you have pet care stores nearby within a 5-mile radius of your home. We are here to make your life as easy and stress free as possible!

Our pet taxi service is available for the rate of:

• $35.00 per-trip (one-hour total)
• Additional waiting charge of $10.00 (applied per 15-minutes if the wait exceeds 1-hour)
  
• Anything over our mile radius of 15-miles will be charged per mile after that at the rate of 0.75/mile
