In our home, we prioritize the well-being of your furry family member from the very start. To ensure a smooth transition into our boarding services, we require an initial evaluation and submission of vaccine records for all dogs, especially those under 2 years old. This step is vital in creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone involved. We’ll arrange a convenient meeting at our local enclosed dog park — a fantastic neutral space — to discuss your dog’s needs based on their size and breed.

While we understand the desire for home tours, we must prioritize the comfort and safety of our current canine residents. Our home is a bustling environment with our gentle 1.5 year-old Great Pyrenees puppy, Gunnar, who weighs about 120 lbs. (and still growing!) To avoid any potential stress for both our dogs and yours, we focus on maintaining a calm atmosphere. By limiting our hosting to just 2-3 dogs at a time, we ensure each dog receives personalized care and attention, along with the chance to socialize comfortably with Gunnar. We highly recommend a half-day daycare session before your dog’s boarding stay. This allows us to gauge their comfort level and adaptability in our environment, ensuring a stress-free experience for both you and your pet.

Our boarding rates range from $65.00 to $95.00 per night, tailored to your dog’s breed, size, care needs, and temperament. As a passionate dog caregiver and small business owner who works from home, I am dedicated to providing your pet with the highest level of care. Your dog will be treated like family, enjoying the freedom to explore both indoors and outdoors without confinement. Our safe and engaging backyard offers a perfect blend of play areas, shaded spots for relaxation, and sunny decks for basking.

Inside, our clean and comfortable home is designed for your dog’s enjoyment. They can curl up on cozy couches, enjoy a quiet room when they need some downtime, or even sleep alongside us if they choose. We take daily walks along the scenic Arroyo Simi Walking Path, ensuring your dog receives ample exercise and opportunities to socialize.

Please disclose any current medical or health issues your pet may have. All dogs will undergo a quick examination upon check-in, and if fleas or flea residue are observed, the pet will not be accepted. If parasites are detected while they are staying with us, specific treatment and care costs may be incurred by the owner/guardian.

Omitting any health conditions may lead to extra charges or the pet being denied admission.
